Recent advances in technology have made the advent of bionic exoskeletons which engulf the controller’s person a viable reality. The field is already inundated with multiple prototypes of bionic exoskeletons. These however, are still not mass-produced or used at an industrial level and evidently have considerable scope for improvements and additions to existing designs to be made. The project develops  an exoskeleton arm which is lightweight, portable and affords little discomfort to the user. Novel additions to conventional designs were taken into consideration during the design stages.
